Income and expenses in cash（现金收支）

 

To use the income and expenses in cash, it is to log any cash flow from the cashbox that is out of transaction.
使用“现金收支”功能，是为了记录除交易以外，从钱箱进出的任何现金流。

1.Go to frontend, click to menu
   前往前台，点击菜单

2.Click on income and expenses in cash
   点击“现金收支” (Income and expenses in cash)
3.Click on expenses for outflow of cash, income for inflow of cash
   现金转出点击“支出” (Expenses)，现金转入点击“收入” (Income)

4. Input the amount, and input any remarks (such as reason like deliveries)
     输入金额，并输入任何备注（例如：送货等原因）

5.Click confirm
     点击确认

Note: You will be able to see the change of cash at handover, under cash amount.
注意：您可以在“交接班”界面的“现金金额”下查看现金的变动情况。

Note: You can set the reasons at backend if it is something that repeat periodically and select it at the product selection.
注意：如果某些原因是周期性重复出现的，您可以在后台预设这些原因，并在选择商品处进行勾选。
