How to Void Transaction?

  1. Enter the Sales Report Menu

  2. Select the transaction that you wish to void then click on the "Void" icon

  3. Select either one of the 2 following options:
    (I) "Reuse Void"; will void the bill then copy all products within the bill and add them back into your shopping cart again
    (II) "Void"; will void the bill only

  4. If you have selected "reuse Void", you will be brought to this page

EXAMPLE SCENARIO

  1. If you are using "Reuse Void" to change Payment method, remember to input remarks (such as: "do not fulfill") during payment to notify your kitchen staff so that they will not repeat the order
