How to view member's spending history?
如何查看会员消费记录

1. Login to you back office
   登录后台管理系统
2. Click on "Member Reconcillation" subcategory under the CRM main category, then enter the member's info and click on "Search"
   在 CRM（客户关系管理）主分类下，点击 “Member Reconciliation（会员对账）” 子分类，输入会员信息后点击 “Search（搜索）”
   
   *You may use the following info to search:
   可使用以下信息进行搜索：
   1) Member's ID
   会员编号
   2) Member's Name
   会员姓名
   3) Member's HP number

3. Click on "History" and you will be brought to a new tab, select the date that you would like to view from (not exceeding 3 months per search) and click on "Search"
   点击 “History（历史记录）”，将打开新标签页，选择要查看的日期（每次搜索不得超过 3 个月），然后点击 “Search（搜索）”
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. You may also search for different types of member's spending history by changing the filter here
