The open item function is usually used for one time sales that are not in the menu.

Click on the function circled.

Key in the amount need
输入所需的金额。 

Click on the item and open up the item option 
点击该商品以打开商品选项。

Click on remark and key in what this open item is for. 
点击“备注”并输入此无码商品的具体用途。

Click on modify afterward 
之后点击“修改/确认”。

You be able to proceed with transaction as per normal afterward.
