How to refund transaction ?
如何退款交易？

Step 1: Open the function list and select Sales Report 
第一步：打开功能列表并选择“销售报表”（Sales Report）

Step 2: Search for the transaction and click refund 
第二步：搜索该笔交易并点击“退款”（Refund）

Step 3: Add the item to be refund and click on refund 
第三步：添加需要退款的商品并点击“确认退款”
