Log item(s) as wastage, during end of day closing, or otherwise.
1. Access additional menu options
2. Open up wastage via cashier with admin rights
3. Select item and number of wastage, reason/comment for wastage
4. Wastage will be reflected under Inventory, Wastage on backend account
