How to key in an open item with remarks?
如何输入带备注的无码商品？

Open item provides the flexibility of keying in any amount for products/services that may not be found in your menu. Adding remarks to the open item also provide better clarity to customer on what the purchase made is for.
无码商品功能提供了输入菜单中未包含的产品或服务金额的灵活性。为无码商品添加备注，可以让客户更清楚地了解所购物品的用途。

1. Click on the "Open item" key as seen below
   点击如下图所示的“无码商品”（Open item）键。
   
   
   
   
   

2. Enter the desired amount using the keypad provided, then click on "Confirm"
   使用提供的键盘输入所需金额，然后点击“确认”（Confirm）。

   
   
   

3. Once added to chart, click on the item name to prompt the pop-up menu
   添加到购物车后，点击商品名称以弹出菜单。
   
   

4. Click on the "Remarks" button and enter your desired remarks then click on "Apply"
   点击“备注”（Remarks）按钮，输入您想要的备注内容，然后点击“应用/确定”（Apply）。

   
   
   
   
   
   

5. Once done and verified, click on "Pay" to proceed to payment page
   完成后经核对无误，点击“支付”（Pay）进入付款页面。
