Creating a product is simple and can be done in under a minute. However our back office also provides you with powerful functions , that are optional, when creating your products. Explore and leverage on some of these options to create a more efficient work environment for your business.

Follow the steps below to create a new product:
按照以下步骤创建新商品：
- After you have logged in to your back office, click on "Product" category
登录后台管理系统后，点击 “Product（商品）” 分类 - Next, click on the "Product Information" sub-category
接着点击 “Product Information（商品信息）” 子分类 - Click on "New" to create a new product
点击 “New（新增）” 创建新商品
- Enter the compulsory information:
填写必填信息：- Product S/N (barcode), click on "Create" if product does not come with a barcode
商品条码，若无条码请点击 “Create（创建）” - Product Name
商品名称 - Product Category
商品类别 - Selling Price
销售价格 - Cost Price (if not applicable, simply enter "0")
成本价，如不适用请输入 “0” - Stock (if not applicable, simply enter "0")
库存，如不适用请输入 “0”
- Product S/N (barcode), click on "Create" if product does not come with a barcode
- Click on the "Close" switch to enable the additional information section
点击 “Close（展开/收起）” 开启附加信息区域 - Enter the optional information:
填写可选信息：- Member discount eligibility (click on the switch to toggle it, blue = enabled, grey = disabled）
会员折扣资格，点击开关切换，蓝色=启用，灰色=禁用 - Member price (item sold to member will be fixed to the preset member price, not inclusive of any taxes)
会员价，商品售给会员时固定为预设价格，不含税 - Bulk Price (for wholesale mode)
批发价，用于批发模式 - Unit of measurement (UOM) for the item (click on "Edit" to add new UOM)
商品计量单位，如需新增请点击 “Edit” - Click on "Order" if you intend to use the UOM as the order unit (blue tick=yes, grey circle=no)
如果想将计量单位作为订货单位，点击 “Order”，蓝色勾=是，灰色圈=否 - Short name of the product, used for quick search on the front office
商品简称，用于前端快速搜索 - Suppliers (suppliers have to be added from the back office first)
供应商，需先在后台添加 - Production date of the product
生产日期 - Usable period of the product
商品有效期 - Max level of stock (used to trigger an inventory warning once stock level exceeds max level)
库存上限，用于触发库存警告 - Minimum level of stock (used to trigger an inventory warning once stock level falls below the minimum level)
库存下限，用于触发库存警告 - Label Printer (click on the switch to toggle it, blue = enabled, grey = disabled）
标签打印机，点击开关切换，蓝色=启用，灰色=禁用 - Kitchen Printer
厨房打印机 - Label
标签 - Product Remarks (if any)
商品备注，如有
- Member discount eligibility (click on the switch to toggle it, blue = enabled, grey = disabled）
- Once done, click on "Save"
完成后，点击 “Save（保存）” - To cancel your latest changes, click on "Cancel" (Not applicable to saved changes)
如需取消最近修改，点击 “Cancel（取消）”（已保存的更改不可取消）
