如何设置换购促销

What is exchange promotion ?
什么是换购促销？

- With the purchase of a higher priced item(s) that exceed an amount, customer has to only pay certain fixed amount of money for the cheaper item(s).
- 当顾客购买达到一定金额后，可以用固定价格换购较便宜的商品。

Follow these steps :
请按照以下步骤操作：

1) Login into the system.
     登录系统。

2) Click on MKG (a) at the left site .  After that, click on promotion (b).
     点击左侧的“MKG（a）”，然后点击“Promotion（b）”。

3) Next, click apply (c) at exchange promotion.
     接着，在“Exchange Promotion”点击“Apply（c）”。

4) Insert the details : 
     填写以下资料：

a ) Promo Name ( name for easy referencing. ) 
     促销名称（方便识别）

b ) Use Within ( location where promotion will be applied, members only or anyone can use.)
     适用范围（适用于哪个门店 / 仅会员或所有人）

c ) Start Date and End Date ( start and end date of promotion period. )
     开始与结束日期（促销期间）

d ) Amount Exceeding ( minimum spending for promotion to take action. )
     消费门槛（触发促销的最低消费金额）

e ) Recharge the difference (price for the promotion item. )
     补差价（换购商品价格）

f ) Choose any items to participate in cosumption.
     选择参与消费的商品

g ) Items exchange (price for the promotion item applies to how many item(s).)
     换购数量（该价格适用于多少件商品）

h ) Select range for exchangeable item ( items included in promotion.)
     选择可换购商品范围（参与促销的商品）

5) Example of exchange promotion :
     换购促销示例：

Amount exceeding RM 50, Recharge the difference = RM 2, Item exchange = 1;
满RM50，补差价RM2，换购1件商品；

With the minimum of RM 50 spend, the cheapest one item will cost only RM 2.
当消费满RM50时，最便宜的一件商品只需RM2。

6) Click on Save. 
    点击“Save”。

7) Attach below is the result. 
    以下为结果示例：

Item Totals = Rm 14 + 12 + 14 + 12 + 4.5 = 56.5
商品总价 = RM14 + 12 + 14 + 12 + 4.5 = 56.5

After exchange promotion ( the cheapest one item only RM 2 ).
应用换购促销后（最便宜的一件变为RM2）：

Item Totals = Rm 14 + 12 + 14 + 12 + 2 = 54
商品总价 = RM14 + 12 + 14 + 12 + 2 = 54

8) All Done!!!
     完成！！！
